I bought my ring within the last 30 days.....BUT I meant to BUT didnt buy samsung+ with my ring. Since it's within the last 30 days can I still add it? 

If so how?

I bought the ring February 4th.... I'm trying to add it...it added it to my phone but for whatever reason NOT the ring...
