I punched the black galaxy ring when it first hit the market. I've noticed that in certain spots the black is starting to tarnish. I thought the ring was titanium., is this normal?

Titanium tarnishes quickly, the finishes dont bond as well as they would to aluminum. iPhone pros and galaxy ultras have the same problem

I received the titanium black Galaxy Ring in early February 2025 and it's been a little over a month and noticed the finishing around the bottom of the ring is starting to wear off. Is this normal as I would have expected better durability with only a month of daily use?

This is the reason I bought the silver. Saw posts about the finish with the black scratching easily. This is a thing with titanium and colors. It is very hard for titanium to hold colors.
