How to pair the ring on another device (reset) without the app?

My phone died, I want to pair my ring to another device. 

I tried resetting with the case by pressing and holding until it starts blinking, but it isn't found on the galaxy wearable app.

How to reset without having access to the app where it paired?

Try opening Bluetooth settings on your phone and search for the ring at the same time you press the button on the case
