I wear a Samsung Ring and monitor my heart rate. I have Bradycardia (Low Heart Rate) and a resting heart rate around 40. When I sleep, this often goes to 35.
I would like to monitor this and receive alerts however the lowest setting for the app is 40. Is there a way to customize this or change the lowest setting allowed?
40 bpm for me is not a health issue nor is the occasional drift to 35 however I would like to get an alert if it goes below that
