Samsung Ring doesn't log all my sleep time

I have been using a new Samsung Ring with a Galaxy S23-Ultra 5G since Christmas and I noticed something odd. Eventhough I go to bed at midnight, the "sleep" record shows ~3:30 till I wake up at around ~6:30.

Why doesn't it register my sleep between midnight and 3:30am?

As a result, it says that don't have enough sleep, yet I do have enough

I am not very educated in the ring area. However, maybe try checking your sleep routine in the settings?

Hmm ... OK ... but the sleep window between 11:00pm and 3:30am shows full blue bars ... that is, no info I'll keep on checking and searching
