I have the current ring. While walking my grandson in the pram the steps don't get counted. I understand that this is because my hand is stationary on the pram. But is there a way to change how the steps are calculated ie distance travelled, but with some extra calc that omits measuring when travelling in the car etc
Hmmmmmm have you tried bringing it in and getting a replacement this is a big problem cause what's the point if you can't use it my best bet is to go to a repair i think they do free if it just does not work
I think the ring works ok as it track ok when I walk by myself. But the fact that my hand is motionless on the pram handle means it does not track my steps. So, i understand why. Just seeing if there is a work around
