Galaxy S PhonesI submitted my email and information to get the $50 reserve credit for pre-ordering the Galaxy S25 Ultra. At checkout this credit was missing but I still proceeded with the purchase and thought maybe the credit would be emailed for accessories after the fact. I contacted customer service the next day and first they told me that the credit was already applied and when I asked them to break it down where it was applied they couldn't. Then they told me it was for accessories and since I didn't buy them I lost the credit. Neither was the case and when I asked which it was they ended the chat. Has anyone else been able to successfully get the credit or did Samsung mislead all of us with a deceptive promotion?

I had to get the Galaxy Buds3 Pro (Other choices are Galaxy Watch Pro, Galaxy Watch 7 or Accessories ) to have the $50 credit to be applied.
