Do you guys also feel that Samsung should offer better Trade-in values for older devices, no matter what generation it is? Especially given the prices of the new one's? Also Samsung removed the option to trade-in your smartphones for new TV's? I think Samsung is missing big sales opportunities on both fronts. I'm from US. Would like to know your thoughts. Thanks!

I will bet you're locked into a contract with whatever carrier you're on that you bought the phone from for about 2 years and what is probably a pretty expensive cellular package. So you may have gotten a lot of front, but you're paying for it on the back end. Carriers are not stupid they're not giving stuff away without realizing any profit from it.
