Callers can't hear me

How to improve the call speaker functionality. People can't hear me well and my voice doesn't get picked up by automated voicemail options. My sound is clear if I use my phone on speaker. Please help

Diagnostic test doesn't test the internal speaker, only external speaker, which works. I've already done the test. Came back clear

Should of been 2 test that have you speak and playback the recording

I did both and I could hear both. I don't think it's resolved the issue on phone calls

OK now it's a volume issue on side buttons or in sounds settings during call press volume up to adjust if haven't to what level works for you to hear in settings than sounds folder in the system sounds if I recall turn up the system sound to about 75percent spot sometimes the default is lower should be under where you see the ring tone and notification sound volume

I can hear perfectly good on calls. It's the receiver that can barely hear me. Will your suggestion address my issue?
