Camera glitch

Ever since I got this phone there has been these glitchy rainbow lines on my camera I think it may be a internal issue with the phophone but i dont know why its doing it

The only time the lines don't show is when I put it in 0.5 my camera is bot broken on the outside and it's been this way since I got it.
