Digital Wellbeing App not working and clearing the cache does not work

The Digital Well Being App isnt working and clearing the cache does not resolve the issue.

You have to select "Delete Data" not just clear cache. The only data I noticed that was actually deleted was goal settings but the actual data either stayed or got regenerated. Once you delete data it should load back up.
