Fluid leaking from Charging port

In the last 2 years I've had 3 cell phones leak a chemical poison on me from the battery charging port. It has made me very sick. 
It is a clear, translucent, smelly poison that burns. 
It makes my whole-body burn, nausea, headache, shortness of breath. It feels like everything has an electrical charge around me. It feels like chards of glass are moving through my body. I can't be around metal.
My doctors don't know what it is and can't help me. I can't clean it off anything. It doesn't fade away or wash away.
I've called repeatedly to find out what this is. 
How to clean it? 
What doctors treat it?
(2x S10+, 1x S9)

If this is happening, we advise immediately discontinuing the use of the device until a proper evaluation can be performed.
