Last month (March 2022) my Galaxy S10+ has had issues with connecting to charger cables to charge. I would either get a message "check your charger connection" or a message about not being about to connect to USB at this time. When I get the "check your charger connection" message sometime unplugging and turning cable the other direction work but other times it does not. When I power down my phone and connect to the cable it works. It is not the cables or charging adaptor because they work with my other Samsung products. What is the solution to this problem?

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having this problem. There are several reasons why your device might not charge, and most can be fixed without any extra support. I am including a link to a guide to assist you with your concerns: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001573/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location  or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

Could be dirt or dust inside the charger connector causing some issues another way to charge this phone is also by a wireless charger as well but if you prefer cable charging then maybe having a professional clean out the charge port carefully may help
