comment enlever le verouillage de mon samsung galaxy AO5s , malgré avoir indiqué le code pin , de plus en bas de l'écran est affiché mode sécurisé.toutes les manipulations indiquées ( arret, marche ; sos urgence sont bloquées. la carte sim doit elle etre présente pour faire le déblocage.

Hold down the power and volume down buttons together to force your device to restart
Select Restart
Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the Notification panel. Select the notification Safe Mode is on and tap Turn Off on the prompt to restart the device
