You can also download & save the video to your phone, then send it as an attachment via text.
You can also save & upload the video from Gmail to Photos. Then once you find it in Photos, select it, then tap 'Share', then 'Create link'. Then you can send this person the link so they can access & view it.

I don't know if the other one went through but I was trying to explain that this is the first question I ever posted on this forum, so thanks for the heads up! And also, I was hit head-on on my Harley 9 May 2016 it took me a year and a half to learn to walk again I'm still learning to use my hands so I have to dictate into my phone by microphone each text or email and as I stated earlier, of all the things I've lost I do miss my mind the most, and I swear I wish I could remember to proofread before I hit the send or post buttons!!
