How do I unsubscribe to something I never subscribed to, & it has no unsubscribe option... that I can find.
I get enough news online, I don't need this. The alert for it, sounds just like the alert for text, & the automatic weather update... forcing me to look at my phone, to see the alert.
I have alerts set to ring tones, so I don't have to look at my phone all the time, I & could tell what they are, by the sound & time of day... but not anymore.
I've attached screenshots of the offending alerts.

Go into to your settings and press apps. Then click the app that is causing this problem. It will show you this list. Press notifications and turn them off for that app.
