How to permanently delete files from Google Drive?

Anyone know how I can delete or permanently delete this file or any file for that matter out of Google Drive? Thank You.

@Anonymous To delete a file from Google drive:

1. Open the Google drive app
2. Go to the directory where the file exists so you can see the file.
3. Click the 3 dots at the right end of the file name. 
4. Scroll down and click on Remove.
