Galaxy S PhonesI have a Galaxy S9 with a dead screen. Is there any way to wipe its data before disposing of it?

Galaxy S PhonesI just tried that and it found my new phone. I transferred the number from the old phone to the new one before I tried this.

Galaxy S PhonesIt really should have nothing to do with the phone number, it goes by the IMEI and having the phone signed into your account. If you have multiple devices registered to your account, when you open the finder you get a list and choose which device to find. Unless you deleted the old phone from your account. You should see something like this:
If you have a computer, you could try connecting it for file transfer and then just delete everything.
