@chele1972 Sorry, but the setting being referred to will give you a warning if your phone is locked and you are walking away from your S Pen. That is all it does. It has no ability to help you locate a lost S Pen.
For future reference the settings is in phone settings -> Advanced features -> S Pen -> More S Pen settings -> Warn if S Pen is left behind
There is a setting that will alert you, and help locate spen if lost, but I don't think it's set to on by default. Go into settings and check your spen settings.
