Modes and Routines no longer changing wallpaper since the update

Hi, I have a galaxy s21 ultra phone. I had 2 routines Sunrise and Sunset. Each routine used to change my home screen wallpaper. It used to work perfectly fine. Since last couple of update it no longer changing the wallpaper. If I try to test the routine it says "could not perform the action because other operation is preventing it". Now I have deleted the routines and when I try create routine again for wallpaper change it is not even letting me do that. It is all greyed out.

It's still showing for me. I wonder if you have some 3rd party software interfering.

Have you tried booting in safe mode? If it works while booted in safe mode, you know it is a 3rd party software causing the issue.

Hi, thank you for your response. I have found the solution. If I select specific time in condition, the option to change the wallpaper is greyed out for me but if I choose the Time period then I am able to select the option to change the wallpaper.

Instead of creating 2 routines, I think you can create just one and set/use 'time period' instead of 'specific time'.

For example, you can create: If 'sunrise to sunset' and then 'Wallpaper >> change ....."

Hi, thank you it worked. I found this solution, if I select specific time in condition the options to change the wallpaper are greyed out but if I select time period it allows me to select change wallpaper option. Thank you for your response.
