My Camera dosen't see clearly

My camera shows up as foggy and unclear. When I looked at it there were bubble looking thinhs inside it, how do I fix it?

Sounds like moisture on the inside of the camera housing
Has your phone taken a dunk into water or anything of the sort?
I would take this to a place to get the phone fixed. They can open it up and clear out the stuff
