On a Samsung phone, users have to log into Samsung account in settings in order to use any Samsung apps. This is convenient in some situations but also leading to issues.
I have a Samsung work phone which restricted me logging into Samsung account. Because of that, any Samsung apps are automatically blocked because I cannot log into those apps separately.
Similarly, we can own a few Samsung phones but can allow other family members to use the phone's Samsung apps, such as Samsung Health without transferring the phone's ownership to them. This cannot be done with the forced linkage between phone account and app account.
Please provide a setting to turn off this forced linkage between Phone's Samsung account and Apps' login account.
Please notice that this forced linkage is only on Samsung phones. For non-Samsung phones, there is no concern.

Try creating a work Samsung account that you have your IT Department set up maybe? Either that or you might have to create a work Samsung account in the secure folder and get your IT Department to set that up? Just speculating.

I would like to have my personal Samsung health data from a Samsung watch on my personal Samsung account. The work Samsung account doesn't help. You can add multiple Google accounts to a phone, but you can only use one single Samsung health account on a Samsung phone.

I'm pretty sure you can get a separate version of the Samsung Health app with a separate Samsung account on the secured folder. I'd have to double check on that though

My corporate IT spent a couple of hours and cannot figure out how they can help me log into Samsung apps without logging into the phone .
If Samsung provides a setting to turn off the link, the apps can treat the phone as another Android phone instead of a Samsung phone. It then allows users to sign up their Samsung apps separately. That will allow owners to own the phone but users (who are not owners) to use the phone.
