Not getting voicemail notifications on Galaxy S20 Ultra

Hi,

I am no longer getting notifications when I have a voicemail which is highly annoying. It used to work fine in the past but it has stopped displaying voicemail notifications..

I have read through a lot of forums and Samsung owners' discussions and couldn't find an answer.

I did try to clear the cache on the phone app and that did not solve it.

I also tried to clear the cache on the voicemail app and change its battery setting to unrestricted BUT I do not have a voicemail app on the phone.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Have you tried Wiping Cache Partition and/or Restarting your phone if no I would try that first if yes then I would contact your carrier

Yes, tried to cleared the cache partition and restarted it more than a few times, issue persists.

Carrier is Verizon BTW.
