Does anyone know why they haven't addressed the all black background when printing from all samsung devices. This is a software issue for sure. Wasn't happening before one of the updates!
What are you trying to print that comes out with an all black background? Nothing I print does. Do you keep your phone in dark mode? Maybe it's printing the darkness of your screen.
They probably haven't addressed it because it's not a universal occurrence and may have more to do with your print engine than Samsung.
