Reminder misses "reminder me about declined calls"

Hello,

 

On my S8 (Android 9) the Reminder App has "reminded me about declined calls" (you can see here as well - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=465ei7_VPsg

While the newer S21 with Android 11, doesn't have it. So each time I reject a call manually with a quick decline message, I need to choose manually "remind me in xx minutes" from the "phone app" screen.

It's annoying. Can you check if you can bring it back and why was it removed?
