Today my Bluetooth audio stopped working. I eventually figured out that the audio slider will not stay on for any Bluetooth speaker, headphones, car, anything.

I've reset my network connections, restarted phone in safe mode. I can't clear the cache for Bluetooth because that option is grayed out. I can't find any help because everything I have found online describes options that simply aren't available for me.

Please help!

Hello, There. It looks like you covered the basis for a lot of troubleshooting we would recommend. Have you tried clearing the cache partition and see if this resolves the symptoms? https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/

( Click on the Clear cache partition for step-by-step instructions )

If this doesn't work the only other step would be a factory data reset. ***Please make sure you back up all of your documents and data before performing this step.

If the symptoms persist after a factory reset, the device may require service. I would recommend visiting a local walk-in service center. You can find one here: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service
