S20 Saying Again, "Update Firmware, Reporting firmware version to server"

It happened again. My Mom's Phone died and once it was done charging, she booted it up everything was normal but she opened her phoen this happened again. I pressed cancel last time and nothing happen should I do it again? What should I do? 

I had to blur because you know.

Run Samsung Smart Switch with phone and check for updates through Smart Switch. You'll need to install Smart Switch on a pc and connect phone by USB cable. Can download Samsung usb driver's as well if needed.
