S8 battery is almost dead, Should I purchase a new battery or get a new/refurbished phone?

Hi everyone

I've been quoted $99 to gain a new Samsung battery for the phone but am wondering if I am throwing good money down the hallway.  Should I purchase the battery and continue on with my phone or should I rather purchase a new or refurbished phone, please?

I'd upgrade to which ever phone :mobile_phone: is affordable to you at the moment. I had an S8+ before the 21 Ultra but upgraded again because my phone was run over by a car.
