Galaxy S PhonesHello, Welcome to the Community. We understand the convenience of the floating head for the smart view function.
Try the following steps to restore the feature:
1. Clear the app data for Smart View. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/
2. Allow the app to appear on top. Settings>Apps>Smart View (Be sure to select show system apps)>Appear on top
3. Allow all permissions. Settings>Apps>Smart View (Be sure to select show system apps)>Permissions
Once you have adjusted the settings, try opening the Smart View feature and connecting.
Let us know if this helps.
