My icons change every time. The themes are good but for what I've seen while using them I would not want anyone to go through my experience it's subjective though
Choose any theme, apply, go back to Galaxy Themes > Menu > My Stuff > Icons > Set Icons as Default. Most Themes and Icons don't account for allll the other apps that aren't native to Android OS, so using default icons, for me, is just cleaner.
