Hi y'all. I'm trying to access my secure folder but it's not accepting my password and won't give me a reset password option. Please help. Just an old lady here trying to access important regarding my son's recent passing.

Question... I'm replacing my s20fe with a s24fe. Is this a problem with that also? Software glitch or old lady syndrome??!!!

BTW, I'll never make such a stupid move again. Going back to the dark ages and will return to putting things on paper and securing in a safe.

If you enabled resetting with Samsung Account in the Secure Folder settings, that might work. However, if you didn't, I have no clue.

You might want to remove your email address from the screenshot.
