What happened to the speaker icon?

What happened to the speaker icon? This is an interface I've never seen while on a call. I often have to use the speakerphone to hear clearly even with a hearing aid.

Have you tried switching back to the default theme?

This interface during the call is to be able to enter what extension may be needed. If you don't need it, hitting the back button might send you back to the options to select speakerphone.

The speaker icon does not show up until after the call is dialed. You dial the number and as it connects and rings the speaker phone icon appears, along with the Bluetooth icon.
