I'm switching from an S9 to an S24 FE. The S9 message app has a tab for "contacts " , the same, or supposedly same app in the S24 only shows the phone number, and some names, but not many. I've tried all day to get the contacts to the new phone but I can't figure out how.
How are you contacts on the S9 saved? Are they synced with Google or saved locally on phone? If saved locally may have to go to S9 and export to a csv file and move that to S24 FE and then import. If this is the case I, and you get them imported, I would recommend settings contacts to save to Google.
Also are you using Samsung messages or Google Messages?
