Galaxy S PhonesWhen I i tried to accept the terms and conditions so I could recieve this offer (first screenshot is of the offer) from the galaxy store I was given a prompt (the second screenshot) stating I couldn't because of an "abnormal status on my device (GCF4015)" I'm wondering what that is and if it could be related to the recent and dramatic drop in performance of my device?

Galaxy S PhonesI had the same issue, and this was what I did to fix it:
Settings> General settings > Reset network settings (reset wifi/Bluetooth)
Then reconnect to wifi.
