When will my hearing aid app be usable on the Android 13 update?

I am unable to use my hearing aid app with current android 12 software.

I cannot get an answer as to when it will be available for my S20 ultra from samsung.

Anyone know another avenue? I'm desperate enough to switch over to iphone.  The hearing aids are not effective w/o the app.

Android 13 has been here for the S20 for a long time now

You need to communicate with the hearing aid manufacturer, not Samsung.
