White/blank screen! Help? S20 ultra 5g

I got an update a few days ago and noticed that my screen would flicker ever so slightly. It did this once or twice and I didn't notice it again. Fast forward to today, my phone has been working great, no issues, then I turned on my flashlight and my screen went completely white. I can barely make out the screen so I don't know what to do as far as unlocking the phone and getting anything done. I really need some help.... Please! I'm having surgery soon and really need to have my phone. 

 
Also wanted to add-in haven't dropped, thrown, pitched off a cliff ,or karate kicked my phone at all and it is in great physical shape.

If your phone or tablet displays only a blank, black, or white screen, there are a few things you can check to determine the cause of the problem. For example, your device's battery might be dead, or maybe it just needs to be reset. If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
