If the apps were built into the settings, more people would use them. It's a pain to download a separate app for everything. I understand that the apps might be a bit confusing or too complex for some people, but they would eventually figure them out and start using them.

I think Samsung wants a simple user friendly settings app and features like Good Lock need to be in a separate app because it might feel too convoluted to some people if it had its own section in the settings app. However, the accessibility section is quite complex, ironically.
