I have a following problem: I added eSIM, it works (as a secondary SIM, everything works: calls, SMS, data), the phone recognizes it but SIM Card manager does not see it. As result of this I can't disable or remove it. What are my options in this case? How do I "remove" it when I need? Is full reset my only option?

The phone: Samsung Galaxy S20

What does your model number end in (SM-G981)? Is it 0, B, N, U, U1, V, or W?

Access the SIM Manager from Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM. Can you share the list of carriers you see in the Add eSIM/Select Your Service Provider screen (like this one from the S23)?Screenshot_20230729_013102_Call settings_1000051625_1708551816.png

The list does not contain Golan Telecom and it shouldn't. SIM was provisioned using QR code which is completely valid way to provision eSIM. I did it many times in the past on the same phone.

Solved

I installed another eSIM profile (took some trial esim) and this new profile overwrote "ghost" eSIM.

Same for me. I tried it with Google Fi, and it replaced my Ubigi eSIM. When I removed the Google Fi eSIM, the Ubigi eSIM returned. Something doesn't look right since the phone should store multiple eSIMs, not just one.
