mp3 transfer ideas???

I need help, i have several old CD's in a MP3 format music, how do i put them on my s9+ in a music app on the google play store????? don't have itunes(drop and drag) here so any idea fellow humans???  i own the music, and what it back but don't know how to get it on my s9+....

Copy the disk files onto a computer or laptop (via DVD or CD drive), preferably in a new folder.

Then, connect the cell phone to the computer (you may have to change USB setting on the phone to 'transfer files' mode via drop down menu.)

Then you can copy all the files onto the phone or SD card (again, preferably create a new folder).
