Samsung advised I should have a "Ignore do not disturb" option I can select for certain apps so I can receive a notification even with do not disturb on. We could not find it on my phone. Wondering if this is just an issue with my phone, or with the Verizon version of the S10. Thanks!!

Hey,

@usereg9oy30AfH

You should be able to open system settings, Notifications and it should show a short list of the most recently sent notifications. Underneath the short list select See All and it should show a longer list of the most recent.

Select the app that you want to ignore do not disturb. It will open a new page with a list of Categories. Select a category and on the new menu scroll down to the bottom of the page and turn on ignore do not disturb.

Each of the categories can be set individually.

Best regards,
