samsung s20 has suddenly stopped sounding alarm sounds or vibration. It shows up on screen with snooze or dismiss choice. I have checked that clock settings are all correct, ie., Silence alarms is off, vibration and sounds are on , do not disturb is inactive. Have cleared cache and restarted phone but to no avail. Had been working fine before and I had not changed anything. When timer is activated it sounds a chime when it is up. On clicking sounds, the tune plays o.k.
Have you run a diagnostic on the phone? You can get to the diagnostics through the members app support tab or through the device care setting on your phone.
