I noticed that around the front camera blinks in black. I don't know what this happens.

try download samsung members app and submit a ticket.

Same issue for me aswell , im not sure how to contact Samsung and beginning to think I paid £600 for a spy or faulty phone.

I found the cause for this,  the phone has a feature called "smart stay" which uses the front camera to detect when you are looking at the phone so if u don't want to see the camera flash all u have to do is navigate to settings > advance features > motions and gesture and just toggle smart stay off. Problem fixed!
