Galaxy S Phones
When receiving a call is there a way to have the contact picture fill the whole screen, instead of the little small circle picture that comes up?

Open native dialer app, menu options three dots top right and scroll down to settings, then choose call background, then layout on btm left, select the left option and that'll make the picture bigger and centered but not the full screen. There is also a selection in that settings menu for call display while using apps you can make to full screen and things. That's about it though you can create custom call backgrounds from pictures in your gallery or create using AR emoji studio
