My S20FE was in my bag and it has been permanently locked due to numerous attempts, but accidental touch protection was already on. Also I did not turn on the remote unlock. I sent it to Samsung service but they said they are not able to unlock it. So they suggested me to change the mainboard which was 9000 Turkish Lira even though they said the guarantee was covering the unlocking at first .But I refused to pay that amount. So I have my phone and there is no timer or anything to try to unlock it.
