I recently added an AI chatbot to my website, urducapsule, to help users with medical queries. It’s supposed to be fast and smooth, but I’ve noticed something strange—on Samsung devices, it just doesn’t work as well.
Here’s what’s happening: Slow responses – The chatbot takes forever to reply. Freezing up – Sometimes, it just stops responding out of nowhere. Chat resets – If a user refreshes the page, all previous messages disappear.
I tested it on Samsung Internet and Chrome, and the issue is the same. It works fine on other devices, so I’m wondering if this is a compatibility issue with Samsung browsers or settings?
Has anyone else faced this with AI chatbots on Samsung? Any tips or fixes? Would really appreciate any help! 🙌
