App Notifications Not Working

Hello,

yesterday I was getting notifications and everything is fine, but today morning I didn't receive any notifications. I tried to text from my other phone and still, it doesn't show up any notifications. I even check if notifications is enabled or not, and yes notifications are enabled on my phone. any suggestions on what went wrong and how to fix it?

Hello there!  I know how annoying that it can be to miss notifications, but we've got you! Please check out this link:

The link above has all of the information that you'll need to check/disable your notifications to get you back up and running.  This is a multiple-step troubleshooting guide so to gain the benefits make sure to go through each step thoroughly. 

 

If the notification trouble continues after you try the above, I recommend checking to make sure you have the latest software update, and make sure that all of the applications are up to date as well.

 

From there the last troublshooting step would be to factory reset the device, Make sure to perform a complete back up of all data before performing this step: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/ 

 

If it is still not working, after the rest, please reach out to us via PM so we can do some more one on one troubleshooting in an effort to narrow down where the problem is. Make sure to provide this link when you reach out.
