Images and screenshots automatically cancel when sending. Has this happened to anyone else?

sounds like a network connection issue. Have you spoken to your carrier yet?

If they can't help, then I suggest you submit error report to Samsung members after reproducing the issue.

Please share the device's model number, software version, name and version of Messenger app that you are using. Aslo, who is your carrier?
