tapping the camera module may work but I'm not sure if that is the best thing to do, I normally wouldn't recommend hitting the phone... again, it may work, I just don't recommend to people as it may also damage the phone depending on how hard you hit it.
I would rather suggest you check for camera module issue by opening the camera from other apps than Camera app, use FB or Instagram etc to check if blurriness is happening in all situations.
If it's seen in all apps then take the phone to authorized repair center for checkup.
Otherwise, submit error report to Samsung Members after reproducing the issue.
