Battery After Latest Update

Following Samsung's latest update for the Galaxy S21 Ultra, my phone only seems to charge up to 85% however, the battery settings show that there is more charge available... 

Anyone else experiencing this?

So is the general consensus to limit charging to the 85% threshold? Also, to consistently run the phone down to say 5% then recharge - these methods being to maintain battery health and longevity over time?
