Galaxy S21Go to the comcast website and look for the instructions for setting up the email in a mail app. It sounds as if you did not set the SMTP server correctly.

Galaxy S21I have exactly same issue with my S24 and Samsung Email -app.
My email work my another devices, but latest update to Samsung Email -app (version v.6.2.01.1) not work.
(I am professional IT-guy and know how to verified and limited faults...)
Issue is forced authentication to outgoing mail server, but smtp-server not support authentication.
Not all service providers give email account and in Finland, our carriers and internet service providers to must be give free SMTP-server, without login, by law.
